Return Policy

NO REFUNDS – EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS!

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

  2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.

  3. Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned ***Non-returnable merchandise include: gift cards, sale products, throw blankets, and accessories.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

  5. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Heat & Threadz. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  6. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and if the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

  7. We allow the exchange of purchased items. Once the exchange request is approve, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
    **Please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number  and indicate if you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or  just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size, you’re requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. 

Please email us the tracking number and order number of the package being sent back to expedite your exchange. If you do not send us the email your return will be delayed.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within seven (7) business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
