What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. In order to streamline the returns process and ensure a seamless experience for you, we kindly request that all returns require prior authorization from our customer support team. We believe in providing you with the best service possible, and obtaining authorization beforehand enables us to accurately process your return and address any concerns you may have. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages for items?
Currently, we do not offer this service, however, please check back as we are always adding additional services.
Do you offer gift cards for sale?
Yes, gift cards are available for sale.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If the item you want is out of stock, you can sign up to receive a notification when it becomes available again.
How do I order a custom bracelet?
There is an option to select a brown or purple custom bracelet created by the designer. We call this “designers choice”. Simply select your color choice and proceed to checkout.
What if I want a bracelet with colors other than brown or purple?
Send an email request to contactus@heatandthreadz.wpcomstaging.com with your request and we will respond within 3 business days.
What If I want an item with a different patch/color selection?

Are your shirts available in sizes larger than 3X?
Yes, we can create apparel by special order for sizes 4X and 5X for an additional fee. Send an email request to contactus@heatandthreadz.wpcomstaging.com with your request and we will respond within 3 business days.

How will the Holidays impact my shipment?
While we would love to work around the clock – we need a little time off too. In observance of major holidays your shipment may be slightly delayed. In the event we are extremely behind, we will provide updates throughout your order process.
How do I measure my wrist to determine my bracelet size?
To determine the bracelet size, measure the circumference of your wrist with a tape measure. If your wrist measures 8 inches, select 8 inches for the sizing. Each bracelet will have and additional inch added to ensure the proper hang.
