Policy Effective: January 19, 2024
Once an order is placed it can’t be changed or canceled. Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we can’t change or cancel an order after it is placed. You can, however, return the item to us as long as it meets our return policy. Thanks for your understanding.

Heat & Threadz is not responsible for incorrect addresses on postage; resulting in package not being received.
Based on availability, items may come in multiple shipments.
Shipping delivery times are based on the shipment date. You will be notified via email once your product has shipped. Order processing generally takes 2-3 business days. If you need your items quicker, we do offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
We offer shipping insurance on each order that covers loss, theft, and damage. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you will be responsible for contacting and filing claims with the shipping service.
Heat & Threadz is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
Shipping and Delivery Information
Standard processing time for orders is 4 -7 business days to be processed and shipped. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address, or the shipping method selected after checkout.

Once an order has been processed for shipping, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information (typically within 48-72 hours)
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or internationally.
Damaged / Open Box / Open Postage Bag
